This Week:
Sam and Chris discuss the epic comeback the Miami Dolphins had against a very game, Oakland Raiders team in week three. Despite being dominated in most statistical categories, Adam Gase and his merry band of Miami men, dug deep into their bag o’ tricks and sprinted (and high fived) their way to victory.
The victory put the Dolphins at 3-0 and a two game lead already in the AFC East. But at what cost did this victory come? Defensive Linemen (and mermaid believer) William Hayes was injured for the season while trying hard to not injure Derek Carr. Fellow Defensive Tackle, Akeem Spence, got himself ejected, and Mr. Bodybag himself, Andre Branch is on the sidelines for a few weeks. How does Miami overcome the defense line injuries? Free agency? Trades?
Who was the defensive MVP of the week? Which players slapped their way to the top offensive honors? All of this and more is pontificated on by Sam and Chris as they celebrate Miami’s triumphant return to the win column.
